The Liverpool Institute of Dramatic Arts (LIPA) has been recognized as a leading center for excellence for creative learning and vocational training in the field of theater arts and creative industries. You will teach leadership units in the filmmaking and creative and emerging techniques at all levels (4-7).

More specifically, this includes production and expertise skills in the camera, lighting, sound sound, sound and video after production, through practical filmmaking units, whether at the site or in the studio.

It is also expected to contribute to the design of new units and the development of our programs in the film industry and creative technologies, academically supporting students, and implementing administrative duties suitable for this role. This includes supervising the project and supporting students at all levels.

You will need the following main skills:

  • Post -production competencies (DAW and Nle)
  • Nle editing experience (first offer/solution)
  • Post -production efficiency, endoscopy, color correction (after effects/fusion/solution/nuke)
  • 3D modeling and animation
  • Games engines to pick up motion and VR / XR (engine / unit is unit)
  • Camera, lighting and filming (desirable)
  • Multiple camera experience and one camera experience (desired)
  • Voice record/confusion and sound after production (desirable)

Of the good degree in the relevant discipline is necessary with the desired professional or higher qualifications. You must also have experience in teaching and leading the stereotype in higher education as well as research competencies and experience.

This permanent post will start from September 2025 or nearly.
