MG+M at the Law Office (MG+M) is an immediate opening of the experimental graphics and logistics analyst to sit in any of our 16 offices. A graphics and pilot logistics analyst will help the company’s national experimental team in producing experimental offers and deposits, in addition to other media related to experience and logistical.

Basic duties and responsibilities:

• Design show templates, create/maintain chipsets from well -used slides and produce new slices for use in experience
• Help in editing/coordinating various media to use it as evidence during the trial
• Imagine, design and supervise the completion of high -level graphics and illustrations
• Providing experimental technical support as a “hot seat operator” during the experiment
• Cooperation closely with the experimental teams to provide recommendations for cases of cases
• Create, review and re -coordinate presentations at the expert level
• Discussions of leadership and coordination with the trial teams and the plaintiffs to prepare and requirements of the courtroom
• Video editing management during the experiment
• Create and supervise the production of graphics, animation, videos and other illustrations for use in the experiment
• Conducting continuous research in new hardware technologies and programs that can benefit from experimental teams
• Providing an exceptional customer service to all team members during the experiment
• Command negotiations with third -party sellers regarding costs and timing for various services in the trial, including residence in hotels, conference rooms and printing services
• Service management on the site, such as internet connection and dealing with all relevant bills
• Helping assistants in producing documents
• Providing support to lawyers and legal staff with the media and the production of documents
• Responding to experimental technology requests and coordination of the pre -trial trial and movement after hours of support for cooperation
• Providing all levels of technological litigation support based on priority and urgency
• Work directly with the experimental graphics/logistics team with regard to the requirements of equipment and information technology resources (internal and external) to ensure the availability of tests before trial and experimental production during the life cycle. Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Providing comprehensive support for litigation technology before the trial and another for all experimental logistics/logistical services, including: Supervising resources and coordination with the MG+M litigation teams as appropriate
  • Participated in the internal team meetings regarding the life cycle (identification, preservation, collection, processing, analysis, review, production, and submission of paper documents)
  • Responsible for the production of the documents of the support process before the trial and the trial centers (for example, models of litigation, verification lists, etc.); Implementation of best practices related to litigation technology, document management and functioning of litigation
  • Monitor
  • Help with additional needs related to experience and private projects as required

Candidate qualifications:

• Experience in the courtroom during the trial and know the preparation of the court hall in technology
• Experience in a role that involves the production of presentations of a law firm or another professional services organization
• Experience in the role of providing technological litigation support services is plus
• Expert efficiency is required in Microsoft PowerPoint
• The ideal candidate will also have a high level of efficiency in the following:
  • Microsoft Excel, Adobe Creative Suite (especially graph production)
  • PDF Reading and Editing Program (Kofax and/or Adobe Acrobat)
  • Basic video editing possibilities and drawing design skills

Personal features:

• This situation includes a great contact with lawyers and employees and requires excellent and written communication skills. Repeated travel is required to provide support for the site in the country’s trials
