Your role:
The data services team provides support support, Ediscovery, and support for data deportation for our global customer rule. The team is a specialized and professional services department that provides experience and industry experience in auditing, legal establishment, and inquiries related to data management.
As an administrative data service assistant, the main point of contact will be responsible for all the requirements of the Data Chamber. This role will be owned alone for the standard, applications, workstations and media devices, in addition to managing and documenting all database operations. Responsible for overseeing all the contents of the data room that includes data/media (inventory, purchases, maintenance, destruction of devices), tracking media devices and saving records to support our commitment/commitment/commitment. The administrative assistant for data services will support internal requests to transfer material hard disk.
When submitting reports to the Data Services Manager, the administrative assistant for data services will provide daily administrative support to our data services department by completing tasks such as bills, shipping, reports, and the establishment of public administrative cases and tasks as required.
Your responsibilities:
Watching:
- Cooperation with security teams to ensure compliance with organizational requirements and review
- Ensure that all safety protocols are executed and their maintenance to comply with the internal and external audit requirements
- Review the records of safe data room activity to ensure commitment and compliance
- Data collection and monitor safe database workstations
- Make audits and/or regular internal checks to ensure compliance and adhere to ISO 27001 controls
- Participation in regular regulatory semester operations
- Supporting business and department in regular external audits to provide examples of archaeological controls and pieces
- Monitor and secure access to the data room in compliance with the permissions granted
maintenance:
- Take a stock of internal and external customer assets in the database, including the internal/external media track
- Organizing and managing all customer data devices including tracking, marking, indexing, and Degusing
- Indexing, coordinating and encrypting hard drives as needed
- Support management requests with stabilization / disintegration of workstars from work stations as needed
- Follow the escalation procedures as required for maintenance, stop, and replace servers, internal/external engines, etc.
- Work closely with CSOC & OPS teams for maintenance of the work station to ensure that necessary safety programs are installed and updated, and the permissibility -based access is to run safe transport methods.
- Make sure to correct the programs and the operating system in a timely manner on all safe databases’ workstars including software update reminder, licenses, etc.
- Supervising the inventory and management of devices and tracking receipt, storage and destruction
- Review/monitor operations to recommend new opportunities to improve effectiveness, efficiency and secure the security of the database
- Helping in the initiatives to improve the process to enhance the continuity of work and manage risk
administrative:
- Providing administrative assistance and support for the data services team
- Create Slesforce, management, contact details, data entry including account descriptions with related pricing
- Account invoices and reports preparation (SME invoices), including requirements allocated to institution customers
- Managing and tracking and tracing policies, procedures and prices
- Stock Management (shipping supplies, licenses, etc.)
- SFTP website management management
- Provide document support to the data services team (for example meeting minutes, Salesforce reports and information boards)
- Collecting management reports, coordination, analysis, distribution and verification of health on a continuous and timely basis
- Ensure timely communication and updates for relevant commercial operations and activities
Customer Service:
- Support all the delivery and external delivery operations of the media and ensure a proper tracking of orders and shipments
- Work closely with the global administrative relay team and internal departments to coordinate media transfers
research:
- Search and composition of the new storage attached to the network that is received from the customer
- Coordination
- Create RAID preparation for high size data groups
- Research, testing, exploring errors and repairing new technology (programs, hardware, etc.) as needed
- Working with DS systems leads to research, planning and implementing updated devices or infrastructure, according to business and safety requirements
an exercise:
- Training new/current team members in the procedures and protocols of safe database as required
- Ensure that all documents and training related to the assets of the safe database are updated and complete
- Support for new appointments on all department’s operations and responsibilities
About you:
- After high school education; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in the desired dynamic office environment
- Previous management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects required simultaneously
- Excellent attention to details and the ability to work within the specific legal policies and procedures
- Written and strong communications in English
- Excellent time management skills
- Previous experience of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel), Salesforce and Confluence (Jira) required

compensation:
Global Relay announces the scope of wages for this role in accordance with the laws of transparency wage in British Columbia. Individual wages rates are determined by evaluating factors such as experience, skills, education and professional background.
The range below reflects the expected annual basic salary, which is only one component of the comprehensive comprehensive bonus package designed to reflect the philosophy of our company’s wages, culture and values.
