Qualifications and experiences …
• At least 3 to 5 years experience in support or technical role, preferably in the media or entertainment industry.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
• A strong knowledge of devices and programs, exploring and repairing errors on the network. Handing over production equipment and post -production programs is plus.
Diagnostic and excellent problem solving skills with the ability to think of your feet in high pressure situations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, capable of transferring technical information to non -technical employees.
• The ability to work independently and as part of the team, which indicates flexibility and a proactive approach.
